Prelims:
- Performance Duration: 3 to 4 minutes
- Open to any style of Bharatanatyam
Finals:
- Performance Duration: 5 to 6 minutes
- Open to any style of Bharatanatyam
Participant Guidelines

Participants must perform only Bharatanatyam and wear traditional Bharatanatyam costumes with traditional makeup.

Cinema songs or film-based music are strictly not permitted.

A dedicated space will be provided for costume changes and makeup.

Trichy participants will perform in the first shift (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

Participants from other districts will perform in the afternoon shift (from 1:00 PM onwards).
-
Participants arriving from districts outside Trichy will be provided lunch, along with one accompanying person.

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility

The competition is open to children aged 6 to 12 years only.

Participants must carry valid age proof (Aadhaar Card / School ID) and present it if required.

Participants must be residents of the respective state and provide valid proof if required.
2. Registration
-
Registration must be completed online at www.moraisbooking.com.

Parents or guardians must ensure that all details are filled in correctly and completely.

A non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm participation.
3. Performance Guidelines
-
Participants must perform classical Bharatanatyam in accordance with traditional styles.

Cinema songs or film-based music are not permitted.
-
Costumes, makeup, and props should be traditional, age-appropriate, and comfortable.

Each performance must stay within the time limit specified for the category.
4. Judging Criteria
-
Performances will be judged based on basic technique, expressions (abhinaya), rhythm (tala), choreography, and overall presentation, keeping the age group in mind.

The judges’ decisions will be final and respected by all participants.
5. Conduct & Supervision
-
Participants are expected to maintain good behaviour and discipline at all times.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child throughout the event.

Any inappropriate behaviour may lead to disqualification for the safety and comfort of all children.
6. Photography & Media Consent
-
By registering, parents or guardians give permission for the organizers to photograph or record performances.

These photos or videos may be used for event coverage and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
7. Health & Safety
-
Parents or guardians are responsible for the health, safety, and well-being of their child during the event.

Organizers will take reasonable safety measures but will not be held responsible for any medical or health-related issues.
8. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances.

Registered participants will be informed in advance. Any refund decisions will be at the organizers’ discretion.
9. Restricted Items

Sharp, dangerous, or unsafe items are strictly not allowed.

Props or materials that affect the cultural dignity of Bharatanatyam are not permitted.
10. Disqualification

Providing incorrect information during registration or not following the rules may result in disqualification.

The decision of the organizing committee will be final.
11. Queries & Concerns

Any concerns or clarifications must be raised by parents or guardians with the organizing team in a polite manner.

The committee will address all genuine concerns with care and fairness.
12. Updates to Rules

The organizers reserve the right to modify rules if required, keeping the best interest of the children in mind.
